What is all the recount fuss about? How hard can it be to recount the ballots and figure out who the votes are for??? MPR has put together a nice site to show you what some of the contested ballots look like. Go to the link below and be the judge.

What did you find? What did you think about the ballots?

their was alot of ballots that you couldn't tell who people had voted for. In cases like that i think they should be thrown out. Their are some though that did show a circle darkened for one or the other that didn't look like they had anything wrong with them. In a case like that they should count.
Electronic voting could have erased those problems undoubtedly. I think that any ballot that isn't properly filled out should be rejected, or if a mistake had been ways to fix it should be available. How hard is it to fill in a bubble. But then there are SO many bubbles.
i think they should be thrown out if down improperly.
if there is more than one mark even if crossed out it shouldnt count.
if the mark is in the wrong place it shouldnt count.
if its a write in for someone who is already on the ballot...that person is just retarded
I think that in some of the cases you could clearly see who the voter intended to vote for. But some were bad. I don't know i guess that people need to learn the rules of voting...
People should learn how to fill out ballots! Some of those are just silly. I mean they messed it up pretty bad! Some were understandable though! Maybe they should have clear directions on the top of the ballot in very large font then people will stop being so dumb!
If you can clearly see who they were voting for then count it. But when they write in things just throw it out, if they are not going to take it seriously don't take them seriously.
There was ballots that shouldn't be even count because they where not filled in right. That those ballots should also be rejected and the people who did that should know better but i think they where teenage who could vote and had no idea what to do on the ballot sheet.
if you cant figure out who its for then dont count it
Most of the challenged ballots you can tell who they are voting for, except if they vote for both candidates.
people are just dumb. If they can't clearly mark who they want then i don't think that their vote should count.
Any vote that cannot be read should be thrown out. It is the voter's responsibility to make it clear who they are voting for, and if they can't do that, then too bad. their vote doesn't count.
Grumble grumble grumble...
Wow what did that one persons pen die and explode in that one. If they cant take the time to fill out a sheet properly they don't deserve to vote.
When you can tell who they filled in I think they should take it but people really need to know how to fill in a circle. It's not that hard. Instead of rushing through, take you time people!
I think if its not clearly stated who they wanted to vote for it should be thrown out. If your old enough to vote, you should know how to vote for someone.
they should learn organization. then they don't have to recount it
The directions for voting aren't that hard. Fill in the bubble. Any second grader could tell you that. Looking at some of those is just funny.
Wow how can people not make a mark where they are supossed to its not that hard just vote how you are supossed to make your mark where you are suppossed too
if they are not able to tell who they voted for they should be thrown out but if you can tell they should be counted
i dont understand why its a problem i mean they have elevtronics that read them and if they cant be read just throw them away
